{Suzi Home Faker} no-bake individual cheese cakes

This recipe is SO EASY and has so many variation options.

I have made this version MANY times in a pre-made graham cracker crust!
But this past weekend I made individual ones for a baby shower and it was PERFECT!!!!!
Today I'll share my current seasonal favorite...
Pumpkin Cheese Cakes
You use Pumpkin Spice Pudding mix!
{told it was a Suzi Homefaker Style recipe}

You only use 4 ingredient
1 package of Graham crackers
2 packages of Pumpkin Spice Pudding mix
2 cups of Milk
1 tub of Cool whip

You can use plastic cups or glass.
(this recipe made about 10-12 cups but you could do more or less depending on how full you filled them)

Put the graham crackers in a mini food processor and finely chop them up.
Pour them into the bottom of your cups.
Them mix the milk and pudding mix together.
Reserve about 1/4 of the mixture back.
Scoop the remaining pudding mixture into the cup (on top of the graham cracker crust)
Then fold in the cool whip to the the reserved 1/4 pudding mixture.
Scoop it onto the 1st pudding layer.
Refrigerated for an hour or so and your DONE!

You can make ANY VARIATION of this with any pudding flavors!
It is so easy and ALWAYS A HIT!!!

sweet and simple baby shower

This past weekend I was lucky enough to host a baby shower for a friend out at the house.
She wanted to keep it simple {which worked great for me since that's how I work also}
The day was beautiful!!!

We started out by signing a onesie as the guestbook.
I forgot to get a photo of it signed {oops!}

Then we each voted "Beau" or "Bow".
She doesn't know what she is having so we all were able to cast a vote using props.
The mustaches and bows were SUPER EASY to make.
I just use out of scrapbook paper and then taped a wooden skewer to each for a handle.
Here are a few pictures of our votes.

SO WHAT IS MY VOTE???????
Beau

I am going to take the photos and make a cute little photo book.
It will also serve as a guest book of everyone who was able to come celebrate with her!

I then made up a BINGO game.
I found a similar idea online but I tried to make it more personal for the mom-to-be.

We had the party outside {except for the food}.
Here is the food table.
The mom-to-be's mother-in-law made the cake {Isn't it adorable!!!}
I had a variety of other things on the food table including m&m cookies,
pumpkin sugar cookies with cinnamon frosting,
candy corn, peanut butter m&m's, nuts, cheese, pinwheels, and a variety of fruits.
The last thing on the table was individual no-bake cheese cakes {2 flavors}.
I'll post the EASY recipe tomorrow!

This shower was a blast because it was so simple and I was able to enjoy the guests!
Many times when you host you are so busy fussing over details you don't have time to enjoy the party.
This one was not that type it was truly a sweet simple shower!
The way they should all be!!!
