Mrs. Campbell the K-12 Art Teacher

I have been a bit preoccupied lately.
I have been busy getting my resume updated
and putting together my credential file.
I had an interview Monday evening.
Then last night I was offered the K-12 Art position.
I accepted!!!
I am very excited!!!!

  1. Congratulations!
I wish that we lived closer I would donate so many art supplies to your classroom! Just this morning as Spring Cleaning 'bug' bit, I was wondering what in the world to do with all of my supplies.
In my other life, I too was a K-12 Art Teacher.
I left the classroom for several reasons, primarily to go overseas on missions trips.
I do encourage you that it is never to early to post your wish list of supplies at the school before summer break....as well as here on your blog and at your local civic organizations!
Also, there are tons of grants available!
I was able to fund an extensive art library for my classroom through grants!
I have hundreds of art books...one day...when I get everything all sorted, I will be selling my art books and art games.
When I do, I will post the link on my blog.
There is support for art teachers! and in the most unlikely locations! :) So again, I encourage you to spread the word, share your wish list and enjoy this next adventure of life.
